The practice will be undergoing major NHS IT changes at the end of April. During this time services will be limited. This includes appointments and prescriptions. 

We would be grateful if you are due to order medications over weeks beginning the 20th of April and 27th of April that you please order early as we may be unable to process your request until after this time.
